Disability As The Cinderella Of CSR?

As a CSR advocate and a disability rights campaigner, I am increasingly frustrated that the organisations promoting CSR appear to treat disability as a Cinderella issue. Groups which rightly regard discrimination on grounds of sex, race (and increasingly also) sexual orientation as a human rights question, all too often don't seem to see discrimination on grounds of disability in the same way!
