We invited Mekorot to comment on a complaint filled by Chilean lawyers, which alleges that the agreement between Mekorot and the Government of Biobío region “lacks the transparency in the contracting process, adequate guarantees of compliance and presents unjustified clauses that limit the company’s responsibility, as well as it has problems related to the contracting laws”. The company did not respond.
