As a result of the allegations raised by BHRRC, we are conducting an investigation to understand the hiring and firing practices of the factory, including to ensure this activity is conducted in accordance with applicable law and any impacted workers are treated fairly and with respect. Should our investigation substantiate any violations of our Code of Conduct, applicable law or human rights, we commit to taking appropriate remedial action.
