Myanmar: Factory fined for forcing workers to work mandatory overtime without consent; incl. co. non-responses

In August 2024, it was reported that the Golden Colour Fashion factory owner and manager were fined for forcing workers to work overtime without their consent. The workers had previously complained to inspectors but the factory failed to comply.

In December 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited DeFacto, Koton and Kappa to respond. They did not.
