Myanmar: Myanmar Jiale Fashion Garment factory accused of workers' rights violations incl. wage cuts & collusion between Workplace Coordination Committee and employer; incl. co. responses

In January 2023, it was reported that workers at Myanmar Jiale Fashion Garment were facing a series of violations at the factory including, wage cuts if workers take more than two days off, workers who have completed their trial forced to work as day labourers, and the Workplace Coordination Committee allegedly being formed by the employer and signing in support these violations.

In February 2023, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Inditex and H&M to respond. The full responses can be found below.
