On 1 April 2025, due to inadequate organization of work processes, a rock mass collapsed from the roof of a working area onto an employee’s back.

According to the medical report on the nature and severity of the injuries sustained in the workplace accident, the injuries were classified as severe.

A commission has been established to investigate the circumstances and causes of the accident, with the participation of a representative of the Belgorod Regional Trade Union Association.

Cause of the accident: inadequate organization of work processes.
