We strongly believe forced labor is wrong and it goes against everything we stand for. While we can’t comment on pending litigation our Human Rights Policy and Supplier Code of Conduct make clear that we, and our direct suppliers, act in accordance with the law and seek to uphold international human rights standards.  In 2012 Mars implemented a Fishery Code of Conduct that puts further emphasis on assuring right working conditions within our supply chain.

Where forced labor exists in the seafood supply chain, we are committed to being part of the solution and work alongside the number of groups who are working to end it...
