中國礦產機構發布針對企業海外運營的勞工與環保指引

In October 2014, the China Chamber of Commerce for Minerals, Metals and Chemicals Importers and Exporters (affliliated with the government) announced a set of guildelines to promote socially responsible behavior among its companies operating overseas.

They cover areas like labour rights, environmental protection and community relations. The guidelines were developed in collaboration with the German development agency GIZ, and with input from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and Global Witness.

To co-incide with the launch of the Guidelines, Global Witness published a report on how the guidelines can be used in the context of conflict minerals: "Tackling Conflict Minerals: How a New Chinese Initiative Can Reduce Chinese Companies' Risks".
