We take allegations of labour rights violations seriously and are committed to eradicating forced labour and all forms of abuse in the coffee supply chain. Volcafe has a zero-tolerance policy for human rights violations in its operations. 

Following the receipt of the allegations in question, we have been undertaking a thorough investigation to assess the nature and severity of the claimed conduct. Based on our findings, we will determine and implement appropriate, proportionate remedial measures.
