Nepal: Magar indigenous community protests Tanahu Hydropower project, alleging lack of adequate information & consultation

A report alleges that Tanahu Hydropower Project has and will cause direct and material harm to [indigenous Magars] ancestral land, livelihoods, and traditional practices… [Community] did not receive adequate information and opportunity for meaningful participation and proper consultation in the Project”. ”.
