The Centre for Sport and Human Rights organised a webinar in May 2022 to discuss the role major stakeholders, namely football associations, tournament organisers FIFA and the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, and hotel brands, can play to drive collective action ahead of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

This webinar focused on the football associations' role in the context of the hospitality sector. It featured a number of speakers including from the ILO's Qatar office, FIFA, the Supreme Legacy, a speaker from hotel Marriott brand Ritz Carlton who highlighted their commitment to worker welfare, the CEO of the Danish Football Association on the human rights due diligence approach of the Danish FA, a representative of ABinBev (the parent company of sponsor Budweiser), and the Resource Centre's Gulf Programme Manager.

The full report and recommendations from the webinar can be read in full below.
