Atlas did not perform the road improvement works; they were publicly commissioned upgrades on public roads that urgently required intervention. The project markedly improved access for multiple communities and significantly enhanced traffic safety for all users. Moreover, there are no water-related issues attributable to Atlas in this municipal roadway in either Calhauzinho or Passagem da Goiaba, and such attempts are absolutely unfounded.
