De Nora response re- new Resource Centre report on migrant worker abuse on renewables projects in Saudi Arabia

Within the NEOM value chain, De Nora operates as a subcontractor of thyssenkrupp nucera, supplying electrodes and half-cell components required for the assembly of electrolyzers. While De Nora holds a minority stake in thyssenkrupp nucera, it does not exercise control over its operations.

All production activities related to this project – specifically the manufacturing of electrodes and half cells’ assembly – take place in Germany. These products are delivered directly to thyssenkrupp nucera in Germany. De Nora has no responsibility for on-site construction or plant operations in Saudi Arabia.
