...In October and November, the Department of Ecology for the Kyzylorda Region conducted unscheduled inspections at Baiken-U LLP and, based on their results, fined the company for violating environmental standards.
"An internal service investigation will be conducted into the alleged spill of sulfuric acid and dumping of production waste onto the soil on the territory of Baiken-U LLP," Kazatomprom emphasized.
