Keller Rohrback Announces International Law Suit Filed on Behalf of Apartheid Victims

Makhetha, et al. v. Credit Commercial De France [part of HSBC], et al. - The law firm of Keller Rohrback, L.L.P. and other firms in the United States, filed a complaint that seeks to hold French and Swiss banks and other financial institutions responsible for allegedly aiding and abetting the apartheid regime in South Africa...The suit alleges that these banks provided the funding that enabled South Africa to expand its police and security apparatus.
