Le Coq Sportif does not have a direct relationship with Bicontinentar. Our business is conducted solely via a local licensee, and as such Bicontinentar is not part of our supply chain. The sole relationship that we have have in Argentina is with our local licensee.

2. Next Steps:

Investigation We will be conducting an internal review with our local licensee. Our agreements require all licensees to adhere strictly to Le Coq Sportif’s Code of Conduct.

3. Commitment to Remediation Should our investigation reveal that our Code of Conduct has not been respected by our licensee, we will take all appropriate measures, in line with our internal policies and contractual obligations.
