We have cleared their permits and sent them back in accordance with Malaysian immigration rules. The work permit is company specific and upon termination of employment, the company is duty bound to ensure their exit . That’s exactly what we did . In fact one worker absconded. Yes, there were delays in processing the permits but the company had resolved all issues and each and every worker was issued with an acknowledgement that their papers were being processed and that their stay was legitimate…

We urge Agencies like yours to investigate all complaints against any company and ensure that the interest of all stakeholders including local workers are considered…
…we believe labour rights must be extended to all workers and not to workers from just a few selected countries….
