The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Dumont Nickel project, promoted by Magneto Investments Limited Partnership, to respond to a series of questions in order to understand key policies on the respect for human and environmental rights of their operations, in light of Dumont Nickel selection as a Strategic Project to the European Union, under the Critical Raw Materials Act. The company did not respond.
