Ergriffene Maßnahmen: A First Information Report has been filed against the contractor for potential safety violations. In September, the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre (BHRRC) invited Sadhana Nitro Chem to respond to the allegation of negligence at its contractor, disclose steps it has taken to remedy the injured workers and families of the deceased, and disclose any human rights due diligence it undertakes prior to entering into contracts with contractors at its factory. Sadhana Nitro Chem did not respond to the resource centre’s request for comment. The Resource Centre could not identify MK Fabricators to invite a response to the allegations; if a response is received in future this page will be updated accordingly.
