Equinor's response

Thank you for your open letter, dated February 13, to Equinor and other US issuers regarding the proposed SEC rule on disclosure of payments to governments by resource extraction issuers. Equinor has since 2005 annually disclosed its payments to governments. In terms of the proposed SEC rule published for comments in December 2019, we are currently still in the process of reviewing the proposal ahead of the 16 March deadline for public comments.
