We are aware of the reported incident involving workers at the Indonesia Pomalaa Industrial Park (IPIP) in Sulawesi. Ford is an investor at the PT Kolaka Nickel Indonesia (KNI) project located within the broader IPIP. Based on information available to Ford, the reported incident did not involve KNI personnel and occurred at a separate tenant operation located in the IPIP area.

We are working with our partners to understand the issues and ongoing investigation. While this incident did not occur on the KNI site, we want to ensure that policies and practices are in place to avoid occurrence of these issues at the facility. We actively engage with our business partners to reinforce these expectations as part of our broader commitment to responsible business conduct across our value chain.
