KIABI's response to allegations of abuses in Myanmar garment factories - September Update

Textile Palace is one of our active production factories in Myanmar. We place our orders to produce in this factory through a...supplier...since June 2017. Over the years, we have been conducting both internal and external social compliance audits to understand if factories were demonstrating compliance.

Based on the following 2 audit reports conducted in 2022, none of the mentioned allegations were found.

- Feb 7, 2022: BSCI audit conducted by ALGI, audit result was B

- Aug 2, 2022: KIABI unannounced audit conducted by SGS

Regarding the overtime issue, Textile Palace showed us its overtime approval from the Office of Minister of Labor...
