Kuehne + Nagel International AG's response on alleged OECD guidelines breach

In Kuehne+Nagel, we take allegations concerning human rights, Indigenous Peoples’ rights and environmental impacts seriously. Respect for human rights and responsible business conduct are fundamental to how we operate globally and guide our response to concerns linked to our activities. As a UN Global Compact participant, we also embed human and labor rights in our Supplier Code of Conduct.

Based on our review, Kuehne+Nagel has not identified involvement in, or an operational connection to, the activities that are subject of the allegations.
