Landmark settlement of South African miners’ silicosis claims against Anglo American

The long-running President Steyn gold miners’ silicosis litigation against Anglo American South Africa Ltd (“AASA”) has today been settled. This is the first gold miners’ silicosis settlement in South Africa.
