Lululemon's response to the Metro Wear's early retirement scheme

lululemon is committed to upholding responsible business practices. Our aim is to ensure that our suppliers and their facilities, including Metrowear , adhere to all provisions of our Vendor Code of Ethics (VCoE) , and legal requirements. This includes situations involving reductions in working hours or worker retrenchment, where necessary. Our guidelines are informed by Fair Labor Association (FLA) and Better Work guidance, and are part of our ongoing expectations for suppliers, including when workforce reduction measures may be considered.

Following a review of the matter, including relevant communications, payment information and direct engagement with Metrowear, we took steps to support the process so that it was handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our VCoE requirements and guidelines. Metrowear has also confirmed that the facility has returned to a regular work schedule as of December 2025. [...]
