In September 2024, it was reported that workers at Wonderful Apparel are facing a series of violations, including workers being unfairly dismissed, and workers being harassed or discriminated against if they didn't do overtime.
In December 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Colin's, Encuentro, New Yorker, OCHNIK, Semir International / balabala, and TROLLKIDS to respond. They did not.
