As a member of the United Nations Global Compact, NIO is committed to fulfilling the standards and requirements of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Declaration of the International Labor Organization on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and has integrated them into the Code of Conduct for NIO Partners.

NIO requires all suppliers to comply with relevant laws, regulations and the Code of Conduct for NIO Partners and to ensure that supplier working conditions are socially, environmentally, and ethically responsible.

NIO has a comprehensive partner application, evaluation and review process to ensure the selected partners are in strict compliance with the Code of Conduct for NIO Partners.
