Pakistan: Plans for Sandvine to build a web monitoring system spark privacy & transparency concerns; co. did not respond

In 2012, Sandvine was one of the five companies that confirmed its intent not to bid for Pakistan’s URL filtration system for censorship, and the company’s stance was celebrated as an example of a business standing up for civic freedoms.
