亚太地区基础设施建设需求巨大，亚投行投资机遇俯拾皆是，然而，风险也同样随处可遇…亚投行如何制定和制定多高标准的环境社会保障政策同样也受到了民间的广泛关注。代表亚洲250多个民间组织的亚开行民间组织论坛（NGO Forum on ADB）在3个月前给亚投行筹备组以及中国相关政府部门递送了公开信，表示对环境和社会保障政策的期待及参与磋商的意愿，却始终没有得到任何回应。这使民间组织论坛感到困惑…
