"Unofficial Japanese-to-English translation by Business & Human Rights Resource Centre"

The Japanese government is currently working on revising its National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights. The Inter-Ministerial Meeting for the Promotion and Coordination of Policies Related to the Implementation of the National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights has now compiled a draft revision of the plan.

As part of the revision process, the government is inviting public comments in accordance with the procedure outlined below, in order to gather a wide range of views from the public. The feedback received will be taken into account as the government continues its work on finalising the revised action plan.
