The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited PT Gema Kreasi Perdana to respond to allegations in Wawonii island of:

  • Land rights violations and illegal clearance of vegetation
  • Land rights violations and environmental and livelihood impacts
  • Legal violations due to the continued nickel mining operations on Wawonii Island, despite a Supreme Court ruling prohibiting them
