In particular, based on our dialogue with the relevant stakeholder, we have serious concerns that the agreement reached during the mediation does not cover the remedy for the recruitment fees, which should have been incurred by the employer but was actually incurred by the workers in this case.

Given the unique and exceptional background of this particular case, we believe that the repayment of recruitment fees should be jointly supported by the relevant stakeholders to the extent possible.
