Shell can confirm that it has received a copy of the resolution and that it is validly submitted and expected to be on the agenda of the 2010 AGM. The resolution is basically a request for further information around the economics and other aspects of our oil sands operations. The resolution is submitted by shareholders representing less than 0.2% of our total outstanding shares.
