In October 2024, it was reported that workers at Tianjin Fashion Milestone are facing a series of violations, including the factory denying workers (including pregnant women) access to social security benefit sincl. access to clinics, resulting in workers paying for treatment at external clinics. Pregnant workers are also forced to stand up on the transport provided to workers.

It was reported that a woman worker at Tianjin Fashion Milestone who suffered a miscarriage was unable to get access to mandatory social security benefits or leave she was owed, and only got three days off after the miscarried, and had to return to work.
