I would like to confirm that NEXT does not have any active business relationship with either of these sites, and both remain inactive. As you will appreciate, we do not have any leverage in relation to the issues highlighted. Please see below the relevant details for your reference:

  • Modiste: The last set of contracts was placed in October 2024, and no further business has been placed with them since that time.
  • Disney: The last set of contracts was placed in May 2022, and no further business has been placed with them since that time
