The Resource Centre has learned that PowerChina Hubei Engineering Co., Ltd has been involved in a Pakbeng Gold Mine project with Laos Xinglong company. PowerChina Hubei Engineering Co., Ltd did not respond to the Resource Centre's invitation to comment.

The Resource Centre could not establish contact with Laos Xinglong Mining.
