On September 24, 2025, a fatal accident occurred at JSC “Lunsin” (Republic of Tuva) at a Class II hazardous production facility, “Mine” (Reg. No. A66-03664-0009). A sudden roof collapse occurred, trapping a worker under the resulting debris.

Following rescue operations, the worker’s body was recovered from under the rubble with signs of death. The investigation is ongoing.
