CGN Energy International Holdings Co., Limited (CGNEI) was established on November 21, 2017, serving as CGN's exclusive global platform for the development, investment, and management of non-nuclear clean energy projects abroad.
CGNEI's non-nuclear clean energy initiatives span across 15 countries, developing regional profit centers and development platforms. The company has attained a significant market presence in Southeast Asia, Egypt, Bangladesh, France, South Korea, Brazil, and other countries and regions.
As of the end of March 2022, CGNEI holds controlling interests in 46 projects (45 operational and 1 under construction) and has non-controlling interests in 2 projects. The consolidated installed capacity of these share-controlling projects amounts to 13,252.2MW, with 13,072.2MW currently operational and 180MW under construction.
