There are more than 15,000 Afghani young boys, mostly orphans or abandoned by their parents, who have found way into the Karachi market for the collection of various paper-wastage items from garbage dumps [sold to paperboard manufacturers in Karachi and Kotri] on a daily wage basis by a group which is exploiting them.
