Bravus Mining & Resources response

“We wholly reject the inaccurate and misleading claims about our business published in Transparency International’s document.

“These claims rely on sources aligned with the anti-fossil fuel movement and do not take into account the information available on the public record from third-party sources that proves the basis of the claims to be false and untruthful.

“We operate the Carmichael mine in accordance with Queensland and Australian law, the conditions of our approvals, and our commitments to safety, environmental management, and community partnership.

“We respect and promote human rights in our operations, supply chains and businesses activities, and stakeholder relationships.

“We have the right to protect our lawful business, our people, and our property from illegal activity or misinformation and make no apologies for doing so.”
