Cypress Creek Renewables response

Cypress Creek Renewables is unequivocally opposed to forced labor. Forced labor is unacceptable and against our values and the core of our work in powering a sustainable future, one project at a time.

Cypress Creek does not purchase any materials from the Xinjiang region. We recognize that some raw materials for the global solar supply chain are produced in the Xinjiang region. Therefore, we have been taking concrete steps to ensure that we have full traceability within our supply chain. This includes working with our suppliers and trade groups as well as engaging a third-party auditor to identify the source of primary raw materials and inputs and then their incorporation into finished products, including solar modules.

We continue to work collaboratively with the American Clean Power Association and Solar Energy Industries Association on this issue to ensure the solar supply chain is free of any such violations. As an organization we will continue to drive the eradication of this issue within the solar industry.
