ETJN Summer School 18-21 September 2014 [UK]

[T]he ETJN and the Essex Business and Human Rights Project (EBHR) will be running the III transitional justice Summer School between 18 and 21 September 2014. The summer school will consider the various ways that transitional justice processes and mechanisms can deal with corporate accountability as well as the obstacles to doing so. The summer school will bring experts in both corporate accountability and transitional justice to discuss central topics such as project lending, debt and financial complicity, litigation and advocacy strategies. The School will also look in detail at real cases with the help of those lawyers involved in their litigation (cases of South Africa or Kenya).
