An investigation by BIC found that cargo from the occupied Ukrainian territories is being transported to Belarus by the company Florans. As of last year, Florans was linked to Viktor Medvedchuk - a Ukrainian oligarch and former politician with close ties to Vladimir Putin’s family.
Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Florans to respond; the company did not reply.
