Worker employed on Qatar World Cup stadium site dies

As of February, some 4,000 construction workers were working across five stadium sites in Qatar. So far, no work-related fatalities have been recorded on these sites, even though work has intensified over the last year. Prasad appears to be the third Indian expat on these projects, however, who has died of a heart attack...Additionally, six people have suffered serious injuries, ranging from a fractured ankle to the amputation of one worker’s fingertip after it became caught between two steel beams, so far.
