PRO Industries Pte Limited is East Africa's largest state-of-the-art ethanol and extra-neutral alcohol (ENA) manufacturing plant. Located in Ndibulungi, Luwero District, Uganda, the facility was officially commissioned by President Yoweri Museveni on December 30, 2025.
