Dear Mallak Ali,

We have received your mail and our response is given below.

From our investigation we have found out that the said person has not worked in any of our projects related to the world cup stadiums or related jobs. It is also worthwhile to note that over and above the final settlement sent along with the body, under our Group life insurance policy a sum equivalent to 48 months’ salary has been paid to his family through the Nepal embassy of Qatar.

Also please note that the working conditions of all our workers are monitored and ensured that they are given adequate rest. Working hours are restricted to 8 hours per day plus an Overtime of 2 hours on a need basis. A weekly off is mandatory to all the workers as per the labour law and is meticulously followed by our company. All salaries are disbursed on time as per the labour law and the wage protection scheme of the Qatar government. This is checked and confirmed by the respective agencies of the government of Qatar.
