South Africa's High Court in Pretoria yesterday ruled that although the government may appeal the court's December ruling calling for the key HIV/AIDS drug nevirapine to be administered at all suitably equipped state hospitals for HIV-positive pregnant women, the drug must be made available in the meantime.
