Investigation report by the JICA Examiner on the Thilawa Special Economic Zone Project

“Investigation Report: Thilawa Special Economic Zone Development Project In The Republic of the Union of Myanmar”, November 2014

While acknowledging some negative impacts related to loss of farmland or access to farmland, loss of livelihood opportunities, and accelerated impoverishment, the findings do not indicate non-compliance with any of the Guidelines.]
