On January 2023, Vice published a report exposing a Nazi Homeschooling network on Telegram, which has over 2,400 members, openly promoting Nazi ideology and white supremacy in the United States, while discouraging parents from letting their children play with or have any contact with people of any other race. According to the report, admins and members use racist, homophobic, and antisemitic slurs while encouraging parents to indoctrinate their children and meet up in real life, potentially leading to violent action.

After the report, Vice confirmed that the Neo-Nazi Homeschool Network was under investigation by the Ohio Department of Education.

The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Telegram to respond to the concerns that the messaging app allows channels that distribute racist and homophobic content, including a channel that promotes and operates a Neo-Nazi Homeschool Network, which encourages children indoctrination. Telegram did not respond.
