Amnesty International is accusing a consortium led by BP of putting "chilling" pressure on the Turkish government to skimp on human rights in the construction of a $2.9bn (€2.5bn, £1.8bn) pipeline carrying oil from Azerbaijan to world markets via Georgia and Turkey.
